--- SEE ATTACHMENT FOR THE DETAILED REQUEST FOR INFORMATION --- The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) created the National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) in 1995 to facilitate systematic coordination of OJJDP TTA resources, increase responsiveness to constituent needs, promote the use of best practices in the provision of OJJDP-funded TTA programs, facilitate collaboration among members of the OJJDP TTA provider network, and employ performance standards for effective practice in the planning, delivery, and assessment of TTA. OJJDP is anticipating the requirement to obtain management and subject matter expert (SME) services to operate OJJDP�s NTTAC. The Contractor will serve as OJJDP�s principal coordinator and facilitator of all of OJJDP�s TTA-related resources and services. �Services acquired will assist OJJDP in fostering innovations and reforms in the juvenile justice field; sharing knowledge across sectors to most effectively serve children and families; emphasizing specific areas of national leadership undertaken by OJJDP; identifying national youth justice resource needs, gaps, and trends; coordinating and leveraging the delivery and provision of TTA to OJJDP constituents; and providing support to OJJDP in addressing emerging national issues relevant to OJJDP�s portfolio of work. --- SEE ATTACHMENT FOR THE DETAILED REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ---
