- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to contractor questions. The proposal due date is extended. Please see the attached RFP document (HC1084-22-R-0003 0001) & Attachment L1 for a complete description. The objective of this procurement is for DISA to provide a robust, proven User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Enterprise Solution capability for the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and 4th Estate components, as well as to provide the software, necessary hardware, and cleared labor support both onsite and offsite to the CCMDs and 4th Estate components. Finally, this procurement will result in training for the CCMDs and 4th Estate in order to ensure the requirement for UAM coverage on classified Department of Defense (DoD) networks is met and ensure continuity of UAM coverage throughout the period of performance. The solution shall contain privacy protection to ensure analysts and operators can detect events and individuals that put the enterprise at risk, while providing protection for everyone else. It needs to contain investigative tools to enable focused observation, review, and document actions that happen before, during, and after an event occurs to facilitate root cause analysis and remediate any threats. These investigations may require analysis of combined legacy UAM collection as well as new UAM collection, and the proposed solution must support this combined analysis. The purpose of this effort is to maintain UAM coverage on classified and unclassified DoD networks without interruption and provide a proprietary Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) UAM capability in support of the Governments networks. The solution shall consist of COTS software, related licenses with warranty and maintenance, hardware, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to maintain, install, configure, integrate, tune, and operationalize the capability. In addition, the Government requires engineering and architectural support and tool-specific training for Government personnel. Please see the attached RFP documents for additional information.
