General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Hampshire City: Multiple Cities (see Delineated Area) Delineated Area: The city/town limits of: Concord, Loudon, Pittsfield, Epsom, Allentown, Hooksett, Hopkinton, Dunbarton, and Boscawen, NH. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,903 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,903 Space Type: Office (with lab), Flex, Warehouse, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 49 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 49 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Reserved on-site for the exclusive use of the government Full Term: 15 Years (180 Months) Firm Term: 10 Years (120 Months) Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: Space will be comprised approximately of the following: Office: 8,591 ABOA SF including 648�ABOA SF of lab space Warehouse: 3,312 ABOA SF Wareyard: 4,480 SF Ground floor space is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
