- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Item and Site. General Requirements: All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Address. Point of contact (name/title/telephone number/e-mail address). FSS / SEWP Contract number, if applicable. DUNS number. Tax ID number. Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Other Than Small Business) for which the organization qualifies. General Requirements: Salient points: MUST HAVE: The Ultrasound System must be an app-based mobile ultrasound that is used on a tablet that meets its compatibility requirements. Must be compatible with Apple IOS Systems Downloadable app available on Apple IOS System Must be a high-quality portable ultrasound that can be used anywhere. System must include the following imaging features: Real-time compound imaging Tissue harmonic imaging AutoSCAN intelligent optimization 2D, M, and color Doppler modes 2D image controls: depth, freeze, gain, and power. Color Doppler controls: angle, scale(fast/slow), gain Depth up to 30 cm. Image acquisition keys including review, save image, and save loop Annotation controls to text and erase. The system must provide tools for measuring distance and for measuring the area and circumference of an ellipse. Must be able to save measurements by acquiring an image that contains measurements. Must allow for curved array, linear array, and sector array transducer types. Transducers must have a USB-C and USB Micro-B cable connectors, that will plug into the given tablet. Must be capable of starting an exam without entering patient data in the case of an emergency. System must include the following cart bundle features: Universal secure tablet bracket Tablet tilt-pan-rotation Articulating arms Ergonomic handles Cable management solution Tip-resistant, 4-caster base Cart must also include a transducer and gel bottle holder with quick release and a hospital grade power cord. The carts must have a minimum of 5-year manufacturer warranty. Ultrasound system must be capable of the following applications: Abdominal (inc.
