Description
The Senior Information Security Officer (SISO) effort, supporting the United States Transportation Command, requires a contractor to provide a broad range of Risk Management Services for the Air Mobility Command (AMC), Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), and the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The contractor shall utilize risk management best practices to provide responsive Information Technology (IT) service delivery. The required outcomes are delivering risk management services to USTRANSCOM users within agreed service levels and achieving continual risk management improvements to IT systems and services. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating, managing, assigning resources, processes, and activities with regard to the successful delivery of the entire IT service delivery process as defined in this PWS. The contractor, in concert coordination with the Government, shall establish, collect, and report metrics to evaluate and improve service delivery performance. The acquisition strategy for the SISO requirement is to leverage GSA�s Multiple Award Schedule Information Technology � Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number.� The SISO requirement will be set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541519, with a HACS schedule. **Update**� The solicitation will identify a phased, multi-step acquisition approach for evaluation and task order award for the SISO requirement.� In Phase I, offeror�s shall submit two (2) examples of prior performance/experience specific to the SISO services.� Offeror�s are only initially required to submit documentation required in Phase I of the RFQ.� All offerors will be advised as to whether or not they proceed to Phase II, based on the evaluations in Phase I. Further information regarding the evaluation instructions and methodology will be provided in the upcoming RFQ.� The anticipated period of performance is 01 July 2022 � 30 September 2022, with a one-month transition beginning on 01 June 2022.� The RFQ has been posted to GSA eBuy, (RFQ ID: RFQ1536916) The notional dates provided are for planning purposes only: Solicitation release: 26 January 2022 Phase I due date: 10 February 2022 Source Selection activities (e.g. evaluations, exchanges as applicable, best value decision): 21 February - 19 May 2022 Contract Award: 31 May 2022 Updates will be provided as applicable.
