Description

Harpers Ferry Job Corps Center, in Harpers Ferry, WV has a requirement for on-site Mental Health Services for a Base Year and four (4) Option Years to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. A single, firm-fixed price award is anticipated as a result of this Request for Quote. The Contractor shall be required to provide services as detailed in this solicitation. ***Any questions should be submitted IN WRITING, via email, tracy.doud@usda.gov Contractor Question:��Are all students at this facility mandated to receive therapy or is their participation voluntary? Government Response:�All medical services are voluntary for the students except the urine drug screen test and covid testing.
