- US Army, Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 Sources Sought Announcement for Advanced Flight Control Computer and Dual Stabilator Control Nick Emelio, Nicholas.m.emelio@army.mil (443) 326-5682 This is a market survey to locate sources of repair for the Advanced Flight Control Computer (AFCC) and Dual Stabilator Control (DSC). Both the AFCC and DSC are for use in of Army fleet Blackhawk UH-60A/L helicopters. The NSNS for the systems are as AFCC NSN: 6610014905168���� PN: 10114551 DSC NSN: 5996015473452������ PN: 8250501001 Collins Aerospace is the current source for the repair of the AFCC and DSC. Any sources capable of repairing these items must demonstrate they have had past experience of repair of these items. This includes knowledge of areas such as system design, interface requirements, test and fault isolation, project parts/material usage and must have the necessary test equipment. Any responses must also show that the products will be able to obtain airworthiness certification and will perform satisfactory when used for their intended purpose by the army. The government does not possess the technical data package that defines form, fit and function of the Units. As such, the technical data package is not available for release. Suppliers with the means of repairing the systems must indicate so by writing to Us Army Combat Capabilities Dec Command, Nicholas.m.emelio@army.mil. All responses must be submitted by February 26, 2022 (02/26/2022) by COB 4:30pm EST. The market survey does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it guarantee one.
