- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with Palante Health, LLC (DUNS 081106250), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The Palante Health LLC is able to provide Emergency Medicine Physician Services until March 31, 2022. The NAICS code is 621111, with an associated small business size standard of $12.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
