Description

The United States Government (USG) hereby issues this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) in anticipation of a Cost�Plus Fixed Fee, total Small Business set-aside and cost reimbursement Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Soldier(S)�Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Design and Development Engineering and Services contract. This requirement will provide engineering�support for Group I UAS, which consists primarily of the Short-range Reconnaissance (SRR), Medium Range Reconnaissance (MRR), and�Long-Range Reconnaissance (LRR) aircrafts as well as the Handheld Ground Control Station (H-GCS).� Please be advised that this is a Draft RFP and we are requesting your review only.� An award will not be made from this special notice.� Attachment 0009 will be provided at the Government's discretion with the RFP. Offerors shall submit their questions or comments related to this Special Notice� to� directly to Angela L. Andrews at Angela.L.Andrews5.civ@army.mil or request�a password in order to post the questions to the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (DoD SAFE) website. All�questions/comments are due by 5:00pm, CST on Friday, 11 February 2022. Questions will be addressed with the official RFP which will be�released on 24 February 2022.
