Description

The Maritime Administration seeks a licensed, qualified and experienced offerors with mechanical services for repair of one (1) hot water pump and�replacement of three (3) hot water pumps serving two buildings�at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy located in Kings Point, NY. Please review the attached documents thoroughly and provide a response if interested and capable of providing the full scope of services outlined. Site Visit Info A�site visit schedule will be posted�based on�potential�questions�in regards to�building layout of�existing hot water pumps. Physical site visits�are mandatory for this requirement�to obtain adequate knowledge of the areas that will be serviced and�for submission of an�adequate proposal�prior to the response due date. If offerors intend to sub-contract the project, the sub-contractor must also attend the site visit. All site visit attendees must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols. A mask�must be�worn�while on campus.�
