Description

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to additional questions received and extend the closing date to 3 Feb 2022. See �attached revised Atch A-Questions and Responses, revised single spaced Atch C-Specific Relevant Contract Template and revised Atch D -pricing matrix. The question period is now closed. NOTE: The SF 30 is numbered 0002. Amendment 0002: This is Amendment number two (0002) and its purpose is�to provide responses to secondary questions received and a revised pricing matrix to correct phase-in and base year. NOTE: this Amendment does not have an SF30 Amendment. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions recieved and provide revised documents related to those response. See SF 30 numbered 0001 This is a non-personal services contract to provide instructional design services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE)/Department of Operational Medicine (DoOM). Contractor shall provide Physician Assistant (PA) Technical Instructor Writer/SME III instructor services for the TCMC training program. This acquisition is a 8(a) Set-Aside under NAICS 611430: Professional and Management Development Training. Only Firms not exceeding the revenue size standard of $12M are eligible to submit an offer.� The deadline for the submittal of all Questions/Comments/Exceptions is Monday, 10 Jan 2022 at 1:00 P.M. CDT to the identified POCs. See attached documents for further instructions.
