Site Visit Information: Date: February 9, 2021 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144 | Front of Building 21B Deadline for receipt of questions is February 18, 2022 Bid Due Date: March 4, 2022 Virtual Bid Opening Date: March 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM BID OPENING IS VIRTUAL Estimated magnitude of construction project is between $500,000.00 and 1 Million NAICS CODE: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5 Million The Department Of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Ave, Salisbury, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 65-20-100 to construct and prepare area for a pre-manufacturer system provided by the Prime Contractor, that is a modular ISO class 7 cleanroom in Building 5 with separate compounding areas that meet US Pharmacopeia chapters 797 and 800 standards for compounding nonhazardous and hazardous compounded sterile products (CSP's) respectively.
