Solicitation N0042122Q0074 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Sodick ALN400G SPW Linear Motor Wire EDM machine items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. BRAND NAME ONLY. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED **MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT and AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR RESELLER. **YOU MUST PROVIDE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ON QUOTE** Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. ***Instructions to Offerors*** This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
