Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Purchase of a Microwave Ablation System and the contractor to provide all resources necessary to provide and deliver item described in this statement of work (SOW). This notice is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24722Q0305 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (iv) This solicitation is SDVOSB and the associated NAICS code 334510 has a small business size standard of 1250 Employees (xv) Quotes must be emailed to Gracelyn.James@va.gov and received no later than 10am ET on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
