Description

The Performance Work Statement requests Audio-visual (A/V) and computer requirements to include technical support for the Annual Survey of the Law course. �The Air Force Judge Advocate General�s School (AFJAGS) is conducting the Annual Survey of the Law Course from 8-9 April 2022 at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida. �Setup for registration and support starts 7 April 2022.� Rental, set-up and break down of audio-visual requirements such as microphones, podiums, projectors and screens for Annual Survey of the Law Conference. Rental of computers for presentations in approximately 22 separate breakout rooms. �Labor for setup tear down of equipment and audio-visual/information technologies requirements.
