- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This sources sought notice does not commit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to award a contract in the future. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses that can provide support for Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to include Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM). The information from this market research will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. All organizations under the applicable NAICS Code: 561990 - All Other Support Services, NAICS Code: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, and NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services should submit a response to this notice.
