THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.� The U.S. Census Bureau�s (USCB) Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) provides USCB Directorates/Programs with leadership and guidance to mature, standardize, and execute systems engineering practices and skillsets throughout the enterprise. The OSE provides greater focus and standardization for the USCB�s systems engineering disciplines and a centralized set of resources to support USCB Directorates, Programs, and Projects. By maturing and standardizing systems engineering practices across the enterprise, the OSE positions the USCB to realize significant benefits, including increased successful delivery of systems and solutions that are on-time, within-budget, have minimal risks or issues, and satisfy business and performance requirements with services in the following areas.�� Design of Systems Performance Engineering Requirements Engineering Quality Engineering Infrastructure Engineering Data Engineering Application Engineering/Development and Test Systems Integration Risk Management
