Description

The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products to Industrial Info Resources, Inc. for its Energy Market Intelligence Database. The Energy Market Intelligence Database Subscription consists of the following components: 1-Geography: North America: United States (Padds I, II, III, IV, V); 2-Installed Base Refinery Capacity Database; 3-Refinery Turnaround Tracking Database; 4-Coverage includes primary and secondary units; and 5-Access & Delivery: Delivered via Monthly FTP Delivery. This data and information is critical to properly addressing inquiries from EIA stakeholders on petroleum product supply disruptions and price events. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company�s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
