Description
Amendment 0001: 02.01.22 correction of contact: removal of Eric Ford and replaced with Christina Smith FY22 NATR TRAIL STRUCTURE REPAIR/REPLACE TUPELO The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement Natchez Trace Parkway. It is the intent of this contract to repair trail structures at two of the visitor sites within the Tupelo District (Donivan Slough and Dogwood Valley). The trail structures that have reached the end of their life cycle, and/or are showing signs of deterioration to the point of needing replacement. The contractor shall furnish all transportation, materials, labor, equipment, and all other services necessary to remove existing trail structures and construct their replacements. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $40,000 - $55,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Lee County, MS will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-February 2022. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
