- This is a presolicitation notice only for Relief Well Pumping at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project. Offer or proposals will not be accepted for this notice. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced. The solicitation for this project will be available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY and the anticipated download availability date for this solicitation will be on or about 18 February 2022. Copies of the solicitation and amendments are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY.� All solicitation documents will be posted to the PIEE Solicitation Module website at: https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml via Solicitation Number Search. W911KB22R0018. It shall be the contractor�s responsibility to check the website for any amendments.� The offeror shall submit in the proposal all requested information specified in this solicitation.� There will be no public opening of the proposals received as a result of this solicitation.� The Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. The Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Rates shall apply. This project is contingent on availability of funds. If the project is cancelled, all proposal preparation costs will be borne by the offeror. All offerors are advised that they must be registered in SAM.gov (http://www.SAM.gov/) in order to receive an award. Joint ventures must also be registered in SAM.gov as a joint venture. Offerors are advised to begin this process when they prepare their proposal in order to ensure registration is in place should they be selected for award. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code will be 541380 - Testing Laboratories, which has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The estimated award date of this contract is April 2022. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:� Provide all management, labor, equipment, travel, supplies, materials to perform relief well pumping at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project located approximately 18 miles east of Fairbanks, Alaska near the town of North Pole.� Work includes well screen brushing, sediment removal, step draw-down testing to determine well efficiency at given pumping rates, and a well maintenance pumping report.
