Description
2/4/2022 PSIR Part C Release Purpose This is a pre-solicitation (PSIR) notice for the FAA�s VoICE over IP Communication Enterprise (VoICE) Phase 1 Air-to-Ground (A/G) Protocol Converter (APC) System (APC System) procurement. This notice serves the following purposes: Provides the consolidated, complete final draft APC System Screening Information Request (SIR); Solicits industry questions, explanations, interpretations, concerns, clarification requests, and possible discrepancies associated with the PSIR, including questions associated with potential improprieties in the SIR that are apparent prior to issuance of the final SIR; and, Solicits industry feedback regarding use of FAA AMS Foreign Nationals clause (Section 7 of attachment PSIR Part C Pre-Solicitation Announcement (PDF)). Attachments reference SIR number 693KA8-22-R-00004; the final APC System SIR will be released under this number. The FAA intends to release the final SIR not later than May 2022.
