Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE No. W91238-22-S-0744 to determine the availability of firms to perform environmental services and support at the former Fort Ord, California. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. No Award will be made from this Sources Sought notice. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. Potential offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the described project are invited to provide feedback via email to xxxx. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. We encourage all socioeconomic firms to respond. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: All work and services shall consist of Environmental Services to support the Army in Monitoring, Restoration, Compliance, and remediation at a Superfund Site. Work may include habitat monitoring, habitat restoration, development, and implementation of technical plans, and agency consultation support. The contractor shall have the ability to work within munitions-impacted areas before and after remedial actions have been completed. The contractor shall provide explosive safety efforts while work is being conducted. Responses to this Sources Sought should include a Capabilities Statement to provide the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers the capabilities of potential contractors. Please provide the following items in your capabilities statement: Name, Address, Point of Contact, phone number, E-mail Address Capability to perform tasks listed in the project descriptions above. Comparative work performed to the project descriptions above within the past 3 years. (Customer name, timeliness of performance, customer satisfaction, and dollar value of the project) Certifications and Professional registration of key individuals Type of Business and size. The U.S. Corp of Engineers is looking for the following capabilities and specialized experience: Vegetation monitoring and habitat restoration Analysis of vegetation monitoring Consultation / Coordination with multiple agencies Hazardous Waste Certification Environmental Studies Marine or invertebrate biology �Development of critical or endangered species habitat restoration plans GIS Mapping Experience with NEPA/CEQA analysis Experience with large acreage restoration; including cutting collection, plant propagation, seeding and planting. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR INFORMATION SOLICITED. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR AN INVIDATION FOR BIDS.
