The existing DDG-51 Class SSGTG FADC contains obsolete components critical to SSGTG operation and lacks cybersecurity hardening capabilities due to hardware and software limitations. The Next Generation SSGTG FADC will directly replace the existing unit utilizing the current input/output structure and control algorithms, while upgrading hardware and software to improve availability, reliability, maintainability, and supportability of the SSGTG. The P/N for the current FADC LOCAL CONTROL PANEL is 9900-1017. The requirements for the Next Generation SSGTG FADC are: The Next Generation FADC shall be designed to directly replace the existing Modernized AG9140RF FADC, utilizing proprietary knowledge of the current input and output signals of the existing FADC. The Next Generation FADC shall retain all the functionalities of the existing FADC unless stated otherwise, and the requirements specified in this document are in addition to or in modification of the existing functionalities. Design the Next Generation FADC to comply with all applicable Environmental Qualification Test (EQT) Military Specifications. a) Shock (High Impact) Requirement: MIL-DTL-901E. b) Electromagnetic Interference Requirement: MIL-STD-461G. c) Mechanical Vibration Requirement: MIL-STD-167-1A. d) Temperature and Humidity Requirement: IEC Standard 60945/ MIL-STD-810H. e) Water Penetration: MIL-STD-810H. 4. Design the Next Generation FADC to be hatchable into all the required engine spaces. 5. Orient all interface connections/jacks in the same pattern and spatial location as the existing FADC design. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Responses shall include specific details regarding the ability to provide the required Next Generation SSGTG FADC to meet the needs of the Government. Responses shall discuss how your product/service will meet the requirements found herein. Responses are not to exceed five (5) pages.
