(ABOA):�9,980 Space Type:�Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):�8 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�8 Full Term:�10 Years Firm Term:�10 Years Option Term:�Two-5 Year Options Additional Requirements: Space shall not have windows adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges or mezzanines. Space shall be contiguous on one floor. Space windows should be placed and glazed such that personnel cannot be seen from uncontrolled public areas. Preferably these offices should face courtyards, interior spaces or controlled areas. Offices should not be located in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Offices shall not be located in any facility where non-Agency personnel require daily access or emergency egress through the leased spaces. Amenities and access to public transportation is to be located within � walkable mile of the building entrance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain.
