U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �TX City:�� �Fort Worth Delineated Area:�� �Within the City of Fort Worth, TX bounded by: North: �Inner Loop of I-820 East: �Inner Loop of I-820 South: �Westbound side of I-20 West: �Inner Loop of I-820 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �2,300 Space Type:�� �Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�� �2 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �2 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �0 Full Term:�� �10 years Firm Term:�� �5 years Option Term:�� �None Additional Requirements:�� �Industrial zoning. �Weather/Moisture resistant, commercial grade 240 VAC 20 AMP duplex outlet and 120 VAC duplex which are both grounded per code. �One unisex restroom, either easy access or built inside space and cleaning required. �Secured ware yard parking area for two (2) 20-foot trailers left onsite 24x7; available surface parking for employees; Area should include circulation for moving equipment/materials/devices in and out of both 20-foot trailers into the area. A turning radius which provides ability to drive at least a 23-foot work truck up to warehouse space for pick up/drop off equipment/materials/devices. �Use of existing premise dumpsters. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100/500-year flood plain.
