PR No: 0092983550.� This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a KC-135 SATCOM Antenna Installation Kit.� This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 1680-01-652-3088 Type Number: 13873� 6876095��� dated 03/01/2016 Quantity: 60 Kits Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 185 days ARO Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� �A 100% Quantity Option will not apply.� A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received.� This requirement will be a combination of both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM).� The anticipated issue date is on or about February 22. 2022.� The anticipated award date is Apri 30, 2022. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
