Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to KASTO Inc., 3002 Venture CT, Export, Pennsylvania, United States. KASTO Inc. will provide repairs and maintenance for the KASTO vertical storage system at the 27th Special Operations Maintenance Squadron. The anticipated award date is 17 February 2022. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), and FAR 13.501(a) with the determination that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. �However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 15 February 2022 at 12:00 PM (MDT).
