Description

The National Park Service (NPS) has rescheduled the property inspections for the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Lands End Restuaruant Properties Lease providing food and beverage and minor retails sales within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. These property inspections are a scheduled opportunity for interested parties to get an in-depth look at the Premises and have been rescheduled for February 21-23. To register interest in a property inspection, you must email Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on February 17, 2022. To register, your email MUST provide the following information: primary contact name, name of the organization or company, phone number, email address, and the names and titles of each attendee.� These property inspections will be for set times (first come first served), and limited to three (3) hours, each company or organization is limited to six (6) individuals (no exceptions). No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted and all attendees MUST wear a mask, covering both their nose and mouth, at all times during the property inspections.� Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must provide an Intent to Submit as described in the Proposal Instructions, no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 20, 2022. The NPS is only accepting electronic submissions in response to the RFP. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on May 17, 2022, in the format provided in this RFP.�
