Description

Services consist of picking up refuse from one (1) government owned compact container, transportation to disposal site, and return of container. Services also consist of picking up recyclables from one contractor owned ten-yard, or similarly sized, front-load container and transportation to the recycling site. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please include the following in your submission: Title of the Requirement, Company Name, Company Address, Company POC (name, phone number, and email address), CAGE, Business Size, an explanation of how you will meet the requirements of the PWS, and a firm fixed price quote using the attached pricing worksheet. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. DFAS IS NOT SOLICITING QUOTES AT THIS TIME, JUST INFORMATION. This sources sought does not constitute a solicitation for quotes or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. This is for market research and planning purposes only and shall NOT be considered as a Request For Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this sources sought or the Governments use of such information. Responses will not be returned. Whatever information is provided may be used to assess trade-offs and alternatives available for determining how to proceed in the acquisition. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used in establishing requirements, but specific contractor-submitted information will be safeguarded as proprietary.
