Description

This project will require design and install services of modular office / cubicle structures and hotel tables, as well as the purchase of new furniture, to add and enhance the seating capacity of the Project Manager Maneuver Combat Systems (PM MCS) area located at DTA, Bldg. 230 E, 2nd FL and at 230 W, 2nd FL, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397 to accommodate increased occupancy and develop space efficiency. It will also include electrical and data line services. This contract is also meant to recoup and re-purpose recently government purchased furniture, equipment, accessories, modular cubicles and offices in the recently renovated Troy facility. The Troy facility located at the Maple Office Park, 1350 John R. Road, Troy Michigan 48083 is closing at the end of FEB 2022 so the work being conducted within the Troy facility must be completed before the end of FEB 2022. Work must be performed by an authorized Trendway vendor or contractor / sub-contractor to prevent voiding the Trendway 10 year warranty that is currently in place. All Data line companies must be BICSI certified. All existing Data cabling that is being replaced needs to be removed completely from end to end and discarded (can�t leave old cabling in ceiling on the Detroit Arsenal). This action was FFP for a total small business set-aside.�
