Description

U.S. Army Engineer District Chicago anticipates issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation.� This is a Request for Quote (RFP) to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Building Demo/Removal and restoration at the USACE Kewaunee Area Office.� There are three (3) existing, currently unoccupied buildings (5503, 5504, and 5508) to be removed, including the foundation to a depth of one foot below the ground surface.� Work includes abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint as needed, and the identification and proper disposal of old light fixtures, appurtenances, and existing building features as needed, according to drawings and statement of work.� The anticipated duration of the contract is 3 months. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or around January 31, 2022. �The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. �The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 238910, the size standard will be $16,500,000 and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be P400. �The solicitation will be posted electronically at the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.sam.gov/). The anticipated award date of the contract is on or around March 18, 2022.�� The solicitation evaluation method will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The evaluation criteria will be as follows: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. ��
