Description: The scope consists of a design-build construction project to provide building improvements and office renovation and modifying building interior on the 2nd floor B1003 at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport, WA. Improvements include providing additional SIPR room, renovation of restroom, office and cubicles reconfiguration as well as electrical, mechanical and lighting system upgrades. An existing fire sprinkler system also need to be updated.
