Description

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910 Remediation Service, with a small business size standard of $22.0 million. The Engineering Services Department at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, Alabama, 36109 and Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama 36083 and at the MVAC Outpatient Clinic 8105 Veterans Way, Montgomery, Alabama. This requirement is for a base plus 4 option year contract for overhead lifts and options/accessories services. All interested companies shall provide offer(s) for the base plus 4 option year period of performance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
