- *Amendment 0002 7-FEB-2022: This amendment provides answers to questions received to-date (see Q&A Set 1); updates the RFQ with RFQ Attachment S4 � Manufacturing Service Center Equipment List; and extends the Q&A deadline and quote submission deadline. *Amendment 0001 1-FEB-2022: Contract Specialist updated from Jasmin Rooker to Julius Arrascue. *Update 1-FEB-2022: Offerors need to access the RFQ attachments on NAVWARs e-commerce website by copying and pasting the following URL: https://e-commerce.dc3n.navy.mil/Command/02/ACQ/navhome.nsf/homepage? readform&db=navbusopor.nsf&whichdoc=1E1BE4FD2785EFCF862587D8007A01E4 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N66001-22-Q-6075. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a non-Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541330, Engineering Services, Except Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons and the small business size standard is $41.5 Million. The Government is seeking to acquire production fabrication support services to on-site support of NIWC Pacific Code 75280 Machine Shop in accordance with Attachment 1. The contractor shall provide tooling, jig and fixture, prototype, and production parts fabrication services from Government generated technical drawings or sketches. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all of the items and quantities listed below. The Government will not consider partial quotes or offers for partial items or quantities. Anticipated contract line items are provided in Attachment S-1, Pricing Worksheet. The Government anticipates this effort to be a labor-hour contract for a 12-month base period with four 12- month option periods. The anticipated place of performance is: NIWC Pacific, Building A-44, Code 75280 Machine Shop 53560 Hull Street San Diego, CA 92152 See the attached documents for a complete copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions must be received before 7 February 2022 at 2:00PM, Pacific Time. Include RFQ# N66001-22-Q-6075 on all inquiries. Questions may be addressed at the discretion of the Government. This RFQ closes on 14 February 2022 at 2:00PM, Pacific Time.
