- SOLICITATION UPDATE 14 February 2022: Amendment 04 of the Request for Proposal has been completed.� Please see revised information below for Proposal Submittals. Request for Proposal (RFP) for Multifunctional Doors and Supporting Material (also referred to as Breacher Doors) has been changed from a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).� There have been considerable updates to the RFP document(s) to support this change. A completely updated RFP package has been included with this SAM posting.� Please disregard the previous documents and utilize ONLY the documents in this update.� For your convenience, they have all been labeled with _14Feb22 at the end of each of the documents.� It is imperative that you utilize the RFP labeled CONFORMED_14Feb22 as it contains ALL of the updated RFP information.� (The RFP only labeled Amd 04 will only show some of the updates.)� Please review all of the documents included in the solicitation. Attached:� RFP H92240-21-R-0003 Amd 04, RFP H92240-21-R-0003 Amd 04 CONFORMED,��Attch 1 - Product Description, Enclosure 1 - Q&A Template, Enclosure 2 - Small Business Subk Plan Checklist, Enclosure 3 - Past Performance Information Sheet.� Ensure all Instructions to Offerors are followed and all Provisions/Certifications are filled in as applicable.� Questions are due by 2/21 at 12pm Pacific Time�and Proposals are due by 3/03 at 5pm Pacific Time.�� *Do not wait until the last minute to send proposals as they can get 'stuck'/lost.� Send in advance so you can request confirmation of receipt. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 14 January 2022: Updates to Solicitation Forthcoming. UPDATE 01 September 2021: While the solicitation is being revamped, we are going to pause the RFP�so that you will not be provided�Amendments�extending the due date without having been provided with the additional information/updates as mentioned previously.� Upon completion of the new solicitation, we will repost all of the documents as a new package and provide you with adequate time to review, ask questions and provide your proposal.� Thank you for your patience as we work through this process. UPDATE 06 August 2021:� Solicitation due date has been extended from�09 August to 30 August.� Additional information and updates are being worked and will be forthcoming. UPDATE 22 July 2021:� Solicitation due date has been extended from 26 July to 09 August.� Additional information and updates will be forthcoming. UPDATE 06 July 2021:�� Solicitation due date has been extended from 12 July to 26 July.� Additional information will be forthcoming. UPDATE 30 June 2021: Amendment forthcoming which may amend/change some of the terms and conditions of the solicitation.� Additional information will be posted here.� Proposal due date will be adjusted appropriately to accommodate any changes. --------------- Request for Proposal (RFP) for Multifunctional Doors and Supporting Material (also referred to as Breacher Doors).� Please review all of the documents included in the solicitation. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and the first Delivery Order will be issued after award of the base contract.
