Description

The National Park Service (NPS) wants to remind all interested parties that you must RSVP for the property inspections, scheduled for February 21-23, no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST) this coming Thursday, February 17, 2022. You must include email Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov with the following information: primary contact name, name of the organization or company, phone number, email address, and the names and titles of each attendee. The property inspections are limited to three (3) hours, each company or organization is limited to six (6) individuals (no exceptions). No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted and all attendees MUST wear a mask, covering both their nose and mouth, at all times during the property inspections.� Additionally, the NPS is accepting questions from interested parties. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, no later than noon (Pacific Time) on March 4.� Finally, any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit an Intent to Submit as described in the Proposal Instructions, no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 20, 2022. The NPS is only accepting electronic submissions in response to the RFP. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on May 17, 2022, in the format provided in this RFP.�
