Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the completion of sewage line project at the ASE ATCT located�in Aspen, CO.� Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A virtual site visit has been scheduled for March 9, 2022 at 10:00 am� Mountain Time. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Shannon.kincaid-toncray@faa.gov no later than March 2, 2022 by 3:00 pm Central Time. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Shannon Kincaid-Toncray at shannon.kincaid-toncray@faa.gov. All questions must be received by March 16, 2022 10:00 am Central Time Proposals are due no later than March 30, 2022 2:00 pm Central Time. Any proposal received after 2:00 pm Central Time on March 30, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
