Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole-Source Purchase Order and is not a request for competitive proposals. The authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed price purchase order to WideOpenWest Finance, LLC, 7887 E. Belleview Ave Ste. 1000, Englewood, Colorado 80111-6007. The requirement is for WOW installation of Cable. The justification for the sole source is WOW cable is the only authorized cable provider on Fort Gordon, Georgia. This notice of intent is not a request for Competitive Proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 3:00pm EST on 16 February 2022 . All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill this requirement. MICC-Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interest parties in response to this notice.
