Solicitation Number: TBD The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes for Repair Brig 3107 HVAC, C2 Mech Room at Joint Base Charleston � NWS, Charleston South Carolina. This sources sought is for planning purposes only. The work to be performed under project��number DKGV 19-1073225, consists of the modification to the chilled water systems, as well as modifications to the air handling equipment. �Work shall be accomplished in phases, to minimize impact to Brig operations. �Each separate housing unit shall constitute a separate phase of work. �� Dollar magnitude for this contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. �The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a Size Standard of $16,500,000
