Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: �Tiered Evaluations. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit quotes for Ancillary Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) support services from qualified quoters. The Period of Performance will be for one year. The anticipated start date will be on or near March 15, 2022. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Palo Alto VA Medical Center/Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) requires Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) support services including furniture installation, moves, minor repairs, inventory management, IT field technician, electrical and data, carpentry, plumbing, commercial painting, flooring installation, activation/deactivation project management, and warehousing support services to supplement existing capacity at all project and facility request levels. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about February 18, 2022. Quotes will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.beta.gov website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective contractors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the www.beta.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM) prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable NAICS Code. PSC: R799 Support- Management: other NAICS: 561210 Facilities Support Services Size Standard: $41.5M The Requestion for Quotes (RFQ) solicitation will be posted on Contracting Opportunities. This Pre-Solicitation Notice is NOT a request for submittals of any kind. The VA plans to issue the RFQ.
