Description

NASA Goddard Space Flight Center will hold a virtual pre-solicitation conference for the NASA Protective Services � Eastern Region (NPS-ER) Acquisition on February 10, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. EST.� The purpose of this pre-solicitation conference is to improve prospective Offerors� understanding of the NPS-ER requirement and to introduce the four NASA Centers and all associated facilities that make up the NASA Eastern Region. Attendees must register prior to the event by emailing Patrick DeWyngaert at Patrick.B.DeWyngaert@nasa.gov no later than 4:30 p.m. EST on February 09, 2022. In your email please provide; 1) contact information, 2) company name, and 3) company location. Instructions on how to join the meeting will be provided via email upon registration approval. The pre-solicitation conference is open to all potential Offerors, but only registered attendees will be able to attend. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation conference shall be submitted to Ian Sherry via email at Ian.P.Sherry@nasa.gov no later than 4:30 p.m. EST on February 07, 2022. Questions will not be fielded during the presentation and all attendees will be muted. Questions not answered during the presentation may be addressed in the Final Request for Proposal. Industry is encouraged to submit questions stemming from this conference prior to the Final Request For Proposal Industry Question suspense date. Following the pre-solicitation conference, the Government will post the presentation and any question responses on https://SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of prospective Offerors to periodically monitor https://SAM.gov for the release of any information regarding this acquisition.
