- W911SD22R0056 Clean Michie Staduim For Graduation� Base Plus four(4) Option Years This notice is issued solely for�constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid� also Site visit on 3/3/22.� This is for the procurement of Services in support of the Office of the Directorate of Intercollegiate Athletics (ODIA), to clean Michie Stadium prior, during and after graduation. The work will include a general pressure wash/cleaning of applicable parts of the stadium prior to graduation to remove accumulated dirt and debris, clean all applicable restrooms, restock paper supplies and to maintain a janitorial service presence during graduation and to perform a post-graduation cleanup. Service further includes collection of trash and recyclables during the graduation day events. This event has special priorities due to the high visibility graduation of the USMA Class of 2022. The importance of having a spotless place for graduation cannot necessitates a proper well qualified and highly professional workforce to be in place prior to and during graduation. This will be a base plus four year option contract please review attached PWS. Work performed starting May 11th, with� Graduation on 21 May, 2022.�Work must begin no sooner than event minus�10 days and be complete no later than event plus 3 days by 1200. In response to this notice please provide the following: 1.
