- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), on behalf of VAHCS � San Franciso, has a requirement for Brand Name or Leica HistoCore SPECTRA ST Stainer and Leica CV5030 Fully Automated Glass Coverslipper with associated accessories.� This solicitation will be offered as unrestricted.� All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM).�� This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME or EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. The specific items required are as follows: VA�s Gray Market Items terms and conditions apply pursuant to VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and VAAR 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.� As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition.� Vendor must be able to provide the documentation that demonstrates such aforementioned authority. Please note that the Brand Name Salient Characteristics outlined below are for reference.� All vendors with products capable of providing similar functionality are welcome to provide a quote at time of solicitation.� Price quotes shall include the Duns Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer�s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
