Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The United States Secret Service intends procure Instructional Services with Cellebrite Inc (8065 Leesburg Pike, Suite T3-302, Vienna, VA 22182) on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 13.505, Only One Responsible Source. This is a commercial, non-personal services firm-fixed price contract to provide Instructional Services to the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI). The NCFI provides training and education opportunities for state and local law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in many areas of digital forensics and cyber investigations. This is a short-term interim contract action to provide services and continue mission operations while the NCFI finalizes a 5-year follow-on acquisition. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Responses must be submitted in writing via e-mail to donna.heinz@associates.usss.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM ET on February 24, 2022. Telephone responses will not be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation to responses to this announcement.
