Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to solicit and award a contract to SP Plus (""SP+) for the parking facilities located at 445 12th Street SW, Washington DC 20554, under the authority of FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. The PBGC anticipates awarding a contract on a sole cource basis, to SP+ for parking permits/space for the agency's new headquarter's location. The period of performance is anticipated to be for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
