Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) issues this request for information to seek potential sources that are interested in and are qualified to provide a mechanically assisted high density mobile storage system for the mission critical storage and quick retrieval of tactical gear for fast deployment requirements. This effort requires the procurement and installation of a high density system with customized mobile shelving to provide increased secure storage within a limited space at both the STSG and PTSG. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the United States Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. Interested vendors must possess the capability to acquire and deliver a mobile storage cabinet system with a locking mechanism to ensure security of items being stored within. While DTRA is seeking a storage system for both the STSG and PTSG, sources are not limited to provide support for both the STSG and PTSG. Sources with the capability in one location or both locations may respond to this RFI annotating which location(s) you are qualified to support.� Storage System Specifications:�The Cabinets should take up a footprint of no larger than 200sf, approximately�16�L x 13� D x 94�H and contain a total est. 22ea. multiple sized shelving sections within 4 roller sections each shelf capable of storing at least 350 lbs. of equipment. (See the attachment for further details and specification images.) Response Requirements:�The U.S. Government invites vendors to respond to this RFI that have the capability to meet these parameters and would have an interest to bid on this requirement.� Responses shall be limited to two (2) pages and shall include the vendor�s company name, point of contact, email and telephone number of point of contact, size of the vendor, preferred NAICS code if any, cage code and any GSA Schedules contract numbers held that provide the same or similar products.� Responses can be submitted to tabitha.a.everly.civ@mail.mil no later than March 04, 2022 at 2PM EST. Any and all information submitted in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and in no way obligates the U.S. Government to a monetary compensation or otherwise to make a contract award.� The U.S. Government will not return any submitted data and information.�
