Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� SYNOPSIS:� The Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services - East Zone has a requirement for Janitorial and Lawn Maintenance Services on the Appalachian Ranger District for the Rocky Bluff Campground recreational site (Madison County) and Harmon Den Campground recreational site (Haywood County).� A base plus 4 option-year contract is being contemplated with an estimated contract start date of May 1, 2022 -- and actual services to begin May 24, 2022. SOLICITATION:� See attached solicitation 12444122Q0017 and attachments. Offeror must be registered on the SAM.gov database at time of proposal submittal. This procurement has been set-aside for small business. Attachments included with this solicitation include: Attachment 1 � Performance Work Statement; Attachment 2 � Schedule of Items; Attachment 3 � DOL Wage Rates; Attachment 4 � Technical Capability; and Attachment 5 � Relevant Experience/ Past Performance Questionnaire.
