General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��North Carolina City:�Rocky Mount Delineated Area: Please see the attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��9,804 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��9,804 Space Type:�Office Space Parking Spaces (Total):�0 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�15 Years Firm Term:�10 Firm Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous. If the space is not on the ground floor, then the remainder of the office space shall be located on the second floor directly above the first-floor space and have a minimum of two elevators available. Space must allow for efficient configuration and not present significant design constraints, such as, irregular shape, length greater than twice the width, large columns (over 2� by 2�) or column spacing less than 20� on center and 20� from exterior walls. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building�owner with their response to the advertisement.
