See attachment for Presolicitation Notice # 36C10F22R0030 details. This Pre-solicitation Notice is NOT a request for competitive offers. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice for a construction requirement for Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Phase 5 Expansion Development project, located in Annville, Pennsylvania, 17003. This procurement is a 100% set-a-side for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and will be released under Solicitation Number 36C10F22R0030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) with the size standard of $39.5 Million. The approximate project duration will be 1,095 calendar days from the project Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. VA intends to conduct this acquisition in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101 � Best Value Continuum and FAR Part 15.101-2 � Tradeoff Process.
