Description

This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(c), this project is expected to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. ***Update 18 February 2022: Pre-bid site visit has been changed from 0900 on 2 March 2022 to 0900 on 4 March 2022. All other solicitations terms and conditions remain the same. Contractor is required to acknowledge Amendment 0001 on their 1442 bid submission.�
